There have also been trials in the past that have been tainted by the media . The media has no place in the courtroom anymore. If I were a juror on this case and my name got out as a result I would have my attorney go after them for all their worth. It would be amusing if some mainstream media outlets decided to refer to anyone criticizing MSNBC as a white supremacist or Nazi.
