Well, the I’m actually a witch charmed classic shirt and by the same token and usual suspects really. I find I can keep myself better to a routine if I do it daily so that’s why I do it daily rather than just a couple of times per week. I don’t work out every day but I make sure I work out most of the week. I’m already in good shape but my motivation is my family. I want to live as long as possible so I can be with my family as long as possible I used to work out often, changed jobs and stopped then got outta shape. I miss it, but also I have health issues that run in my family so I couldn’t let this keep going. The motivation of working out and exercising is to get to a point where it isn’t a chore. I either do weights, rock climb or mountain bike each and every day and sometimes all in one day. It just got to a point that it became a part of my life and not something I HAD to make time for. I’m 51 and it has been this way for the past 20 years or so.

i have told myself that when i get ripped people will like me, i know its not true but ive told myself it so many times that i subconsciously belive it is. Starting going to the I’m actually a witch charmed classic shirt and by the same token and gym is probably the worst thing i have ever done, i hate myself more now that i ever have. I’ve been struggling with chronic pain for the last two years. I don’t work out everyday, but I workout when I’m able to. The amount of work I put in to maintain, not even put on weight is a lot. I can’t put on weight because I can’t use weights and it would be really strenuous Running and getting stronger feel amazing, and I know from older family members that aging bringing complete destruction of your body is 95% lifestyle choices over decades, not an inevitable outcome. This is the best mental detox I’ve ever done after busy days at work. Literally flushes out all toxic thoughts and leaves a happy mood. The body is tired but the mind is so happy and relaxed, thanks to those exercise endorphins.
