I did one of these but at home. Couldn’t sleep a wink all night which completely defeated the I’m a virgin and I’m also a liar shirt What’s more,I will buy this purpose of doing it in the first place They make you wear all of these when testing for sleep apnea. Twice at least. Once to see if you need it and how much of it you need it, and once again 3 months later to see if it works correctly and if the settings input into it were correct. I couldn’t sleep for shit during my sleep study. If anything I slept about 2-3 hours. The doc told me to retake it and fork up another $400 for the study. I laughed and decided to just get the CPAP machine instead. It’s kind of bullshit really, I’d need to be drugged to sleep in all that gear. I did my sleeping in that study in the tea room watching telly the nezt day and also on the bus ride back to town haha.

This is what I always wondered about sleep studies…. Like, a lot of the I’m a virgin and I’m also a liar shirt What’s more,I will buy this time the person is there because they have trouble trying to sleep, then you’re meant to sleep like that?! My body has no issue stopping me sleeping all night even without all that equipment. So what then?! The secret is to not sleep the night before. Mine was also located in a clinic above a busy road so I couldn’t sleep anyways because of the noise. I did a sleep study at home and couldn’t fall asleep with the minimal equipment they gave me, fuck sleeping with all that on. I have and always will maintain there is only 2 type of beings that can sleep on their backs, demons and vampires! If I try to fall asleep lying on my back, I would never sleep. I can be insanely tired and just cannot, no matter how hard I try, fall asleep lying on my back. Sleep Apnea? My dad had to go for one because he got so bad he started nodding off randomly which was scary as shit when it was at the wheel of a car. Man when I had my sleep study they just stuck some thing on my finger that looks like what they measure your pulse and blood oxygen with. I thought that was uncomfortable to sleep with but f all this lol Oh good luck, I had this. I can fall asleep any time (went for study after my wife got annoyed at me occasionally falling asleep mid conversation) and the study ruled out sleep apnoea and narcolepsy. Got a diagnosis of “hypersomnia” which seems to be “we don’t know what the craic is” and a prescription of modafinil (so basically speed) and that’s worked out pretty well, can actually function properly
