I was walking down a set of stairs and when I got to the I’m A Carolina Panthers On Saturdays And A Appalachian State Mountaineers On Sundays 2023 shirt Furthermore, I will do this bottom floor somebody asked me if the stairs also go up. On my trip from San Antonio, TX, back home to Anchorage, AK, I sat next to a very nice man and his cousin on the connecting flight to Vegas. I told him I was going home to Alaska, and he asked me, I’ve been asked about polar bears, if it snows year round, if I know anybody who lives in igloos, etc. But not that one. I live in an area predominantly above the polar circle. I play games online sometimes and it blows my mind how many people I can get to believe I’m playing in an igloo running electricity from sled dogs on a treadmill. Even in the middle of summer. Also, having the conversation about the differences between a snowmobile and a snowmachine are interesting.

I think a lot of people have a mistaken idea about thoughts and meditating. Your thoughts don’t stop when you meditate. You just learn to let them go, and refocus on your breathing, or whatever it is that you meditate on. You already ARE meditating. This is the I’m A Carolina Panthers On Saturdays And A Appalachian State Mountaineers On Sundays 2023 shirt Furthermore, I will do this process we all go through. We try and at first it is a struggle. The point isn’t to have no struggle, the point is to work through the struggle. This teaches your mind discipline. You aren’t going to be perfect when you first start anything, please do not beat yourself up about that. If you are struggling, then congratulations! Ot only are you human, but you are definitely meditating. It isn’t always easy, and in the beginning it can be a downright fight at times. Embrace your thoughts for what they are, and then return to your meditation. Over and over and over. Don’t try to banish them, it will never, never happen. They are a part of you as a human. Just keep returning to your meditation, and over time your thoughts learn their place and become less intrusive, but they don’t really leave. Please, please please don’t come at this as if there is a way to fail meditation. There isn’t. You are meditating and I’m proud you are trying. Keep it up!
