It’s so built in and it’s amazing. Even as a puppy while we were still working on training, my Golden was amazing with kids. A buddy put his infant on the floor in his carrier, and Hopper just licked his face the whole time while the kid laughed. My mother’s cat Tuffy did that with me in the crib, and vociferously objected to my grandmother trying to remove her. Precisely why I have a 120lb dog. She don’t care about getting climbed on, over, or around. Baby is just too cute to be a problem for her.
