Now after 10+ years? Because of how fucking terrible I feel when I go sedentary (and I love having a beach bod @ 40 that still puts young bucks to shame). If I don’t workout for a week I start getting back pain and stiffness. If I don’t workout for two weeks I turn into a low energy slug. Every weekday morning I get up, walk the I’d rather be in fillory the magicians classic shirt also I will do this dog for 30 minutes, then hop on the spin bike for 30 mins just doing fasted low intensity steady state cardio. If the weather is shit I’ll cut the walk shorter but I make sure I still get 30 mins on the bike every morning. Just a note: You need time for rest and recovery. You should not workout “every day”. Be active every day, but don’t go hard every day.
