Since daughters choose men according to their fathers mould, I have decided to strip all the I Teach The Cutest Pumpkins In The Patch Teacher Autumn Fall T-Shirt and I will buy this traditional, pre 21th century, expectations from my family and started by sharing parental leave. My daughter is turning 1 in two weeks and except for the 2,5 first weeks, my wife and I have shared parental leave 50/50. I hope that she will grow up to be strong enough to tell people to fuck off out of her life, at the same time being open and honest about her feelings and emotions. My deepest fear is that she too will be afflicted by the “good girl syndrome” like her mother and aunts before her; building her self-worth based on made-up validation criteria and not realising that she should enjoy herself until it has become late.

Mens restrooms are not little girl friendly. Getting her in past the urinals and men using them to go into a stall and then try to explain why they go pee standing up and she can’t is something I shouldn’t need to expose my 7 year old daughter to.
