I’m fed up with how shitty everything is. Everything keeps getting worse. I’m overwhelmed by the I stand with taiwan support taiwan I stand with taiwan shirt besides I will buy this fact that I see almost nothing but ass backward thinking from both our elected leaders and apparently widespread small minded racists and sexists. I keep thinking “what’s next.” There’s a very clear agenda that the far right have, and they currently have control of the most important governing body in the country, and for a long time. Are they going to go after marriages? Are they going to go after Labor rights and wage laws? Are they going to go after immigrants and Dreamers? What’s worse is that this is all on the backs of elections in which the winner didn’t win the popular vote. The everyday American doesn’t have a true voice in any of this.

And in all of this the I stand with taiwan support taiwan I stand with taiwan shirt besides I will buy this Democrats show absolutely no backbone or willingness to fight. And people wonder why the younger generations are cynical and thinking about other systems of economics and governance as opposed to what stands now. It’s very hard to defend at this point. I will never understand why religion defines policy in the US. Isn’t seperation of church and state one of those things that should be adhered to? I’m pretty sure it’s written down somewhere… The magnitude to which lobbyists have corrupted the US’s system of justice and election is very disturbing…it’s almost like those taking the money actually think it represents any segment of a population. It’s a fucking stupid decision. Congress should bypass them and make an official national law, ideally. I hope this backlash cows them to change the final verdict if possible. I worry for every woman who won’t be able to get to a permissive state to get that done after this. nobody should be forced to grow an organism inside them (that will have to be traumatically, potentially life threateningly birthed) if they don’t want to.
