Make no mistake: this law only applies to the I stand with taiwan flag American flag support taiwan shirt but in fact I love this poor. Rich people will absolutely cross state lines to get legal abortions in less religious states. I truly believe America is on the cusp of a serious breakup. Maybe not full civil war, but a similar result: no more single union of 50 states. Real answer: Fuck this fucking shithole fucking country. I hate every single one of these stupid shithead politicians that want to overturn this. Fuck them. Fuck this. Fuck America. Fuck all of it I read the highlights from an article. The so called legal reasoning was extremely disappointing. It had absolutely no basis in reality. Basically, it was saying that abortion isn’t in the original constitution so it is not a right. Well, no women’s rights were in the original constitution. Extremely disappointing to read the opinion and be told this is the logic coming from one of the highest legal authorities in the US. It didn’t say that. At all. It had nothing to do with whether abortion was mentioned in the Constitution, it has to do with WHO is dictating law. They’re saying that the Supreme Court should never have passed Roe V Wade because the Constitution dictates that elected representatives should be the ones passing a law like that, not the SC. They’re not saying the issue in Roe V Wade is wrong, they’re saying that it isn’t a matter that should have ever been decided by the Supreme Court, because the Court aren’t the duly elected representatives of the people.

I strongly disagree with removing a woman’s right to an abortion, but the I stand with taiwan flag American flag support taiwan shirt but in fact I love this fact that people ACTUALLY think they’re referring to whether or not the Constitution specifically addresses abortion is the peak of absolute idiocy. They’re talking about WHO the Constitution gives authority to legislate matters like this, not WHAT the Constitution actually says about abortion, because obviously it doesn’t say anything about abortion … For fucks sake. As a woman, I‘m fucking pissed. I cant even put into words how angry I am. I could be prosecuted for making a decision that only affects me and my health, but the man that assaulted my mom in the 90’s walks free to this day? I’ve lost hope in this country. On top of that, in the 1950’s, the total world population was around 2 billion. It’s now ~8 billion. WE DO NOT NEED TO FORCE PREGNANCY
