Seats wiggled, overhead bins kept opening on their own… I would never fly them again My seat was broken and crooked, tray did not work, TV did not turn on, guy behind me was bare foot and stank, food served had gone off and inedible. ITA Airways (Italian Airways). Flown with them twice and twice they lost my luggage. 100% strike rate. You’ve no choice when you need to fly internally in Italy. So just buy AirTags is all you can do. There’s always fucking something with this airline man. Massive delays, random cancellations. It is so unreliable. LATAM send me an email 2 hours before my flight from Colombia to Brazil was departing that my return flight had been cancelled. It was an airport in the middle of nowhere. The flight attendant was like probably a dog on the runway. But I mean I think the pilots overshot the runway which seems terrifying.
