I sat next to a guy who wasn’t only a talker, but a very very animated talker. He kept hitting and kicking the I love my backyard birds shirt also I will do this seat in front of him. At one point the guy in front of him turned around and said, “hey! Someone is attacked to this seat.” The woman on the other side of him was getting passed because he kept flailing his arm in front of her. It also reminded me of another time that wasn’t bad as much as unique. I was sitting next to a couple who were deaf once. I think they were having an argument because they were signing so hard they shook my seat. The kind of person that wears eye watering amount of parfume while boarding the plane, just to buy some duty free parfume on the flight and to apply it mid flight. Best on an overnight flight from Malaysia to Doha. The jerk who sits there and coughs the entire flight, whether they are sick or not (you know how the air on the planes can be dry as hell), and just don’t have any regard for the people around them. Don’t wear a mask, don’t remotely attempt to cover their mouth, don’t wash or sanitize, cough whilst eating.

Also the I love my backyard birds shirt also I will do this people who just drink endlessly and are constantly getting up and down. They really should have a one or two drink minimum on planes. I watched a drunk guy nearly fall into the emergency exit he was that wasted and the flight attendants just laughed (they kept bringing him free drinks from first class). Honestly most terrifying flight I’ve ever been on and it was a 12 flight. I’m pretty sure I was the worst person to sit next to on a plane once ? (not on purpose though). I got really sick on a flight from Bangkok to Amsterdam, running to the bathroom often and needing a barf bag. Turned out I got salmonella… were a helluva 3 months ? A man with a gangrenous leg. Every time the stewardess came down the aisle, she would spray him with an air freshener, but it didn’t work. Bad breath. Can’t stand it. I work with a girl with terrible breath – I mean horrid – and had to sit next to her on a plane. She slept with her mouth open and it was almost unbearable.
