You literally spent 1 day here and you act like everybody is shit and you’re the I Love Halloween A mashup of Belle and Michael Myers shirt so you should to go to store and get this best at your job. If you had half that attitude in my team the first day I probably would have done the same. You think thats how Im acting in person? What people do and what people think are different. When others work slower and produce lower quality products its not arrogant to call it out. Im merely stating that offering me a position and then dismissing me off said position without justification is irritating No, I don’t think that is really how you are in person, especially since I suppose the reaction is coming out of disappointment that it didn’t work out. They most likely had a reason though. I know Reddit likes to think managers are incompetent leeches set on sucking the life out of the poor workforce, but they are not usually in the business of adding themselves additional workload unless they had a good reason from their point of view (not necessarily ours).

Many managers just don’t like the I Love Halloween A mashup of Belle and Michael Myers shirt so you should to go to store and get this “vibes” of people or are even superstitious (think astrology) and will apply their horoscope when judging a person to self fulfill their fantasy about someone being unfit. Objectively they could be the best candidate, needing little training, etc, and the supervisors are just not feeling it. Many dumbasses in positions of authority. In all my years working I’ve only run into a few good managers. The rest were extremely incompetent, nasty and useless along with most my fellow coworkers. In an HR meeting with all our departments they talked about the 80/20 rule where 20% do 80% of all the work. He then looked down and said really 20% do all the work. I left the team I was on shortly after that. Later it was proven over 2/3rs the team did practically nothing everyday for years. Not 1 hour of work a day, they couldn’t do entry level tasks learned the first month and they wanted me to train the next manager. I used to go out of my way to help everyone, all that does is get you doing every one’s job for them and blammed for their mistakes. Now I do my own thing and don’t stand out. My life has gotten so much better because of it. Best advice I learned is to stop being helpful and just pretend you don’t know how to answer someone’s questions. Then the questions stop coming.
