Ooooo I think I have this. Just like @whiskeywarmachine I can take a huge dose and feel nothing. I’ve tried homemade and dispensary and neither have even given me the I just want to play banjo and ignore all of my old man problems shirt and I will buy this slightest high. And nobody ever believes me! meh, they’ve never worked on me either. everybody i tell this to is like “oh bro, you just need to try MY edibles” I found my number where I feel something and am at a good level. 750mg. Which is ridiculous and not obtainable. And my friend has given up at 1000mg consumption with 0 effects. yeah thats crazy. the gummies i buy from the smoke shop (admittedly its the legal stuff so nothing crazy) i need to eat so many gummies that i would be downing a whole pack, which not only is unreasonable and expensive, but i just… dont wanna eat that many gummies. id rather just take a fat ass rip and cough for a couple minutes then enjoy my night.

Thc breaks down with oil/alcohol/fat so depending on what’s in your stomach at the I just want to play banjo and ignore all of my old man problems shirt and I will buy this time of ingestion and how the thc was extracted can determine how much gets absorbed by your body. One time I had oil based brownies then drank some shots after eating a buttered steak dinner and I have never been so high in my life, the alcohol really didn’t help since the whole concoction sent me into the spins which kinda killed any fun from it but I did learn my lesson i’ve never had edibles take less than 3 hours to kick in. so while i enjoy the high from that, i will always choose smoking first, because i want to be high now not 3 hours from now. I ate it and waited what I thought was a bit and I didn’t feel anything. I was all “edibles are bullshit” and took a few hits from my bowl. The bowl hits and the edible hit me at the same time. I had a heart to heart conversation with my dog about how much I loved him and how soft his fur was. He also got many a treat for being a good boy. We then played fetch for what seemed like 6 days.
