Oh I agree it was her other two looks that brought her up for me as she was by far best in both of those categories I mean Sagittarias dress wasn’t that impressive as well, she probably had a pattern ready so she just had to sew it up. Sethlas had to break a bunch of mirrors into tiny pieces and glue them to a corset, and it was no regular corset, she added structure to it and created the I Just Hold My Rod My Rod Wiggle And Bam She’s On it Fishing T-Shirt in contrast I will get this headpiece. I’m not saying it was the best look but she definitely put some work into it, it might look “basic” but it definitely wasn’t easy to do, I think Sagittarias look had less work. And it did tell a story, unlike Sagittaria or Pakita’s. Pride doesn’t translate close enough to soberbia, which was Sethlas’ sin, but in Spanish it means to be full of yourself so having a collar surrounding your whole face and putting mirrors in it is pretty on point as a concept. Not really though; “Soberbia” or Pride is not the same as vanity. Sethlas look was messy in both concept and execution. Soberbia is a feeling of superiority that will distance you from people and the rest of the world at your own demise. Choosing the mirrors, the collar and the color black are all conceptually sound choices IMO. Agree to disagree, then. Soberbia is hubris; you – or Sethlas – seem to take that distance literally, one closed in oneself; while I think its a feeling of self-destructive pride, the key being the superiority part. To me Sethlas said vanity. It was almost literally Narcissus, and no one would say Narcissus sin was “soberbia”.

Me too – Pakita def shouldn’t have been in the bottom and Sethlas was high but I think Sagittaria deserved the win over her Pakita going home is absolutely wild. Her portrayal of wrath was dedicated to 13 women who were executed by Spanish fascists at the end of the civil war. I can understand if the execution of the look was a bit subtle, but normally Ana Locking LOVES cultural/historic references like that in the queens’ fashion. Super disappointing. The critiques they gave her were absolutely ridiculous, making a runway look inspired by the deadly sins shouldn’t have to be just a literal portrayal of that sin, in fact the only ones who did a literal portrayal were Pupi and Samantha and they had the 2 worst looks of the night.
