Wait… how could I sleep on my stomach? I would never be able to fall asleep in that position no matter how tired? Do I just autofail the I have a handsome and loving boyfriend who is the bomb shirt moreover I will buy this sleep test? I just did a sleep study and all it involved was taking a kit home and hooking a bunch of shit up to myself for the night and turning it on. Yet the whole 2 other people I personally know who’ve had one had to go sleep somewhere else for it. Wtf? Am I special? Is it really this invasive? I thought they just had you sleep at the hospital, I had no idea it could be like this. Bit late now but practice meditation. Not the goofy shit, I’m not asking you to astral project or open your chakras or whatever, just basic meditation where you focus on your favorite dream and drift into it. Master that and you’ll be able to fall asleep anytime, anywhere.

The worst is the I have a handsome and loving boyfriend who is the bomb shirt moreover I will buy this nose & lip thingie with the cord keeping it tightly inserted. Why do they do you dirty like that? You kids today with your fancy sleep wear. Back in my day we had a night cap and long johns with the flap in the back. When I took my kid in for a sleep study she actually slept better than normal. I on the other hand slept like crap because they gave me a sheet and a hard pleather recliner to sleep in. I had to do this as well. They made my appointment for 8 Pm, then wired me up like this and expected me to sleep. What? At 8:30? Who does that? It was good to do it, though, as they found me not breathing 300 times that night. I knew I wasn’t sleeping well but that totally blew my mind. As a result I got a CPAP machine and sleeping has been a great deal better after the adjustment of learning how to sleep with something on your face. I think it’s strange you have to have a prescription to get these machines, though. Like there’s some sort of danger in giving you the opportunity to sleep better. I was a sleep study tech for over 20 years and yeah there are a lot of wires but I never had my patients wrapped up like that. Your tech needs to work on their wire management/organization. Good luck though. I am currently sitting outside of the police station (it’s after midnight) waiting to collect my brother after his most recent string of bad decisions. Looks like I’ll be joining you in the “no sleep club” tonight.
