In a crash, a human body is no different from any other heavy, unsecured object in the car. Her not wearing a seatbelt can kill you. You would be well within your right to refuse to be in the same car as her unless she wears her seatbelt. Please tell me why she does not want to wear a seatbelt. I am dying to know. If someone thinks that they are too cool or immune to death caused by an accident that might happen, then they are reckless and irresponsible.
