It’s a thing to wash a steel tank between brew, it’s a whole another thing to wash a 3 km pipeline made of a kind of plastic. The pleasure was all mine : as a chemist, I tend to not bring those scientific subject in a classic discussion because some peoples sometime find those boring 😀 The part that will make you jaleous was that there were also “organoleptic” tests… yes, I had to taste the beer at some point. You know… for science 😀 But you also had to test contaminated beer then. I’m not jealous of a possible pfas tasting myself to be honest. Our government has given us enough of that for free already…
