How you could stand that for 8 months is an act of heroism. Anyone defending that worthless waste of space is stupid to say the I Don’t Always Black Somtimes Wear Purple Skeleton Witch Riding Broom Moon Leopard Flowers Halloween T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this least. Not being able to cook or clean is inexcusable especially since Internet has been a thing for over two decades. Even before that it was inexcusable and beyond disgusting. You did the right thing throwing that trash away. Like everyone else going through this bullshit. The time has ended where we stand for this. Let them live and die their pathetic lives in their mothers basement where they belong. You did the right thing. The cooking is just the specific manifestation. Why, or how he got to that point isn’t your problem anymore. You’re done with him and can move on to someone who can actually treat you with some respect. There’s a difference between “when my wife is away I’m just going to be lazy and heat up canned chili on the I Don’t Always Black Somtimes Wear Purple Skeleton Witch Riding Broom Moon Leopard Flowers Halloween T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this stove” and “I do not know how to turn on a stove”. My fiance is not a great cook. I enjoy cooking for the most part. The reality is if we want a healthy-ish homemade meal, I’m going to make it. But when I go out of town or meet friends for dinner without him, he somehow manages to not starve to death. Sure, he maybe has the pallet and cooking ability of a 12 year old boy, but fine. He makes a great standard (USA, not English) breakfast, will absolutely volunteer to man the grill if we go that route, and above all he knows how to make a cup of coffee or tea. Listen, you want a man who can at least read and follow instructions. That’s not too much to ask. You have done the right thing and I admire you for it.
