My BFs grandparents constantly say how we shouldn’t pay fast food workers more because look at the I Am Nascar Shirt Lefty Pride Palace Shirt moreover I love this quality of food they put out. These old people are out of touch and forget that a minimum wage was first set out to be the minimum amount of money someone could get paid and still FULLY support themselves. FFS the amount of people, squeezing into homes or apartments just so they can afford it and live moderatly comfortably is depressing. My parents are boomers with a sense for reality thankfully. If they don’t know they just go and Google comparison stuff and have a pretty precise picture of how much rent is in certain areas. Gotta admit, my mom is a landlord though, so she needs to know that stuff anyway. Plus the IRS equivalent is on her case every year because “the rent is too low, we suspect you aren’t declaring your income properly”. It’s crazy how the few people who don’t bleed renters dry get bullied by the state while the state simultaneously bemoans that there’s not enough affordable housing.

Perspective hit me like a ton of bricks this weekend when EIGHTY year old NHL announcer Rick Jeanneret said his final goodbyes quoting the I Am Nascar Shirt Lefty Pride Palace Shirt moreover I love this bible- the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. I see people in their 80’s running the damn United States of America thinking “aren’t they just mentally tired and done with all of this?” How hard can their job be on them that in their 80’s instead of retiring they continue to run a nation into the ground and talk out of their ass about how angry they are demanding change. Definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. As a 30 year old i’d love nothing more than term limits for every politician and forced retirement based on income accrued. These power-hungry psychopaths are destroying any normal chance of living day by day.
