I been offered a job today, both are really good companies, one just offered me the I am a veteran my oath of enlistment has no expiration shirt and by the same token and job, and im waiting to hear back from the other one. The thing is, the other job is likely to offer 7k-8k more than the salary i am being offered here, both company have good cultures and environments, the recruiter is kind of pressuring me and saying ‘do you really want to move for more money’ etc. The thing is, I have a really good feeling that I will get the other job too, they really liked me and said my presentation was outstanding etc.Yes do this! I had a similar situation, had the first job give me a week to decide, told the second job my deadline to get n offer from them. I ended up getting an offer at the top of my range from job 2 and accepted it Yup do this it’s your best shot. If for some reason you can’t you can all way accept the first offer and if the 2nd one comes through simply tell company 1 you got a better offer.
