I’d file a complaint with my state’s attorney general’s office and also with the I am a cowboys aholic dallas cowboys heart football shirt but in fact I love this state attorney general’s office for Air BnB. That is ridiculous. We need to get them on the radar so they know they are under scrutiny and will know they need to up their game. random screenshots of some of the exchange. I hadn’t realized I was speaking to them from like 830-1130)receipts Ouch, we see posts like this daily here. AirBnB is not at all what it was 5+ years ago – I’m sorry you had to learn this the hard way. It’s Craigslist Hotels now, except at least if you book a place on Craigslist, you know you’re doing something shady as fuck with no guarantee. Welllll…it seems you were officially made an AIRBnB Customer Service Agent. Congratulations on gaining meaningful employment although not looking for it! Do the CSR’s at AIRBnB actually do any work or just farm it out to the customer base and then pat themselves on the back for a job well done ?!?! They discard you. You discard them. Happened to me. Sorry it happened to you in this way. Where is the accountability and responsibility? This clearly violated some policies. If you have the time and effort to do so I would potentially seek legal counsel. Consumer lawyers. They need to be held accountable for this behavior.

There are so many behaviors that Airbnb does nothing about. It’s sad. Hoping it either gets major renovations or shuts down completely. I’m thinking huge lawsuit somewhere. I was thinking the I am a cowboys aholic dallas cowboys heart football shirt but in fact I love this samething, or at the very minimum a class action suit, but from what I understand, we agree to the terms and conditions when using their platform, and in it, it says we cant sue. They are just so damn shitty, we need to do something about it! You are not alone it seems. After reading this sub fo a little while, I’ve come to the conclusion that I can never rely on abnb booking at all. I love how companies are like “you had a shitty experience with us so here is a gift certificate for a tiny amount so to use it you have to give us a lot more money again. Enjoy!”
