We’re in the HR Class of 2023 back away banana breath computer T-Shirt in addition I really love this middle of an unprecedented mental health crisis, and there’s simply no shooing it away from your favorite haunts, this sub included. This is no different from the good ole days when war and famine drove desperate lay people to temples/churches as a last refuge. If you were a monk at the time, you’d help to the best of your abilities despite their lack of doctrinal knowledge, right? I’ve only been practicing for months, I can’t wait to see what years of practice will produce. I use primarily the method taught by BMCM.org. And some people are looking at meditation in the context of a western lens of “peace love happiness and altered mental states”
