I was part of a group invited to the Houston Texans fall helmet pumpkin shirt and by the same token and White House once, and one of the invited asked me if we should wear a suit. I was a bit flabbergasted…of course you dress well for the White House. My husband was invited to a big event at the Pentagon. He was packing his khakis. I said “Pack a SUIT!” He was like “Why?” I said “It’s the fucking PENTAGON, not Skeeper’s Bar for yard-long margs with Beefer, come on!” I love the man but if I hadn’t been in the room while he was packing he would have showed up to a Pentagon event in khakis and a stained polo shirt. He thanked me later because it was indeed a dress-up event and he acknowledged he would NOT have been able to stay if he had just had his khakis. He… had not been thinking it through.

“Rose Montoya, a trans model and activist, was among hundreds invited by the Houston Texans fall helmet pumpkin shirt and by the same token and Biden administration to mark Pride Month I hate it when she shows up at bedtime and I’m putting my baby to sleep. I gotta yell, ” Rose Montoya! Pull that shirt down over your breasts and get the hell out of my house.” Yeah I just hate it when I’m minding my own business catching some fish in my boat when all of a sudden I get a tug on the line and up comes Rose Montoya fully exposed and I say “dang it Rose Montoya get off my line and stop showing me your breasts this instant”.
