Everything is good in moderation, but I’ll take lazy stoners over violent drunks any day, at least stoners don’t beat up their wife and kids while they are high. I can say that can easily be found in clubs around Saigon. But still is illegal. I don’t see much of an enforcement but sure will not be legalized. As a foreigner living here I prefer stay away from drugs. I never heard news of foreigners being put in prison or something like that. Nope… Thailand have legalized because their king is a pothead… in Vietnam there is the Hotter than a Hoochie Coochie Vintage Sunset T-Shirt also I will do this Party. Situation totally different. Generally in all Asia drug is kind of offlimits. For drug trafficking I believe there is death penalty in VN, same like in china. You would be surprised but in VN is foreseen dead penalty for quite a lot of crimes (including financial fraud) Imagine if alcohol was illegal. Unless you were rich or connected, you couldn’t get wine or beer, it would just be the baijiu that people make at home, and because it would be for selling not just drinking it would be even worse. That’s the situation with the illegal drugs, if they are banned people still use them, they just don’t have access to good quality and it’s not regulated by health standards.

I don’t drink or smoke so i can’t relate To me, smokers and alcoholic are the Hotter than a Hoochie Coochie Vintage Sunset T-Shirt also I will do this most stinky. When i was young, when my dad drink,I told him he smelled like shit, absolutely disgusting I can’t stand any drug addicts or smokers It is like I’m againts all kinds of smoking and drugs since I’m born because i have shitty lung and nose Marijuana should be legal, im used to use them but quit because i once times use one that way too strong for me and i havent take more ever since. If it become legal like alcohol, we can quality control it and make law for it to be safer and better to be use like alcohol. Problem in Vietnam is some spray spice on it to make it “stronger”. You may have gotten something like that if it felt too strong. Quality control would help a lot, especially since that stuff can cause heart attacks. I like it when it make me feel good and chill, not when it give me raging heart palpitations and numb my nerve to point of make me scare while using it. Haven’t use more ever since, if it have quality control i would know which one is too strong for me and avoid it.
