I’m just in from a busy ass day. Gym and shopping with my eldest, cinema for spiderman, football, swimming with my youngest, food shopping whilst he was in swimming club by myself, finally in my bed and could cry. I hate hate hate busy days – I’m so much worse on the Hot Dog yeah I’m DTF Devouring Tasty Frankfurters American flag 2023 shirt so you should to go to store and get this quiet ones tho, no winning luckily whilst I was out with the wee one the big one cut my grass in the back garden so that was a lovely treat. I’m reciprocateing next time I visit his, his gardens a bit smaller so that’s fine for me. I’ve also bought a chocolate gateau from aldi I’m going to eat all of by myself once it’s half defrosted. Worth it. Not to be a downer but if you really do suspect you have sleep apnea please take it seriously and get it sorted, it’s mostly fine but the extra strain on your heart over the longer term can cause issues. Yeah i know, thank you it’s mostly been logistics over the years (disabilities within the family, kids, then covid etc) I’ve to see the gp soon for something else so I’ll bring it up when I call. I’ll figure it out, I’m terrible for leaving my health on the back burner.

If you do have sleep apnea, once you get used to a CPAP/BIPAP whatever, you will be like, “how was l living this way for so long?” It has seriously changed my life. Piggybacking off this comment to offer some advice to OP: do not go for the Hot Dog yeah I’m DTF Devouring Tasty Frankfurters American flag 2023 shirt so you should to go to store and get this nose pillows when you get a CPAP. You will experience lots of discomfort I had one in the (US) and did not have the netting on my face. I swore I didn’t sleep at all but they insisted I did. They did have a camera on so don’t pick your nose or do anything inappropriate in case they’re watching you too. I’m envious. I wish someone would try and understand just how shit my sleep is. I function on a Casimir effect between survival mode waking state and unconscious, energetic limbo.
