I think the Holy Cow It’s Christmas Lights shirt But I will love this answer to your question is just no. OP is a legal adult. You don’t ask the court to assign another legal adult to manage for a legal adult unless there is a mental capacity issue, which has not been mentioned at all here and does not appear to be at issue. I’m in the US so I can’t give specific legal advice but many laws in modern countries tend to share similarities. So hopefully you can find corroborating evidence of similar laws in ireland. If she had a will made by your father under duress, you could (hopefully) make that claim in court. Also, undercutting the children with a document that is not notarized can be contested. It’s highly unlikely he has any kind of notarized will. He would need to leave the house with her to go have it notarized. And no notary would risk their livelihood by notarzing a document with someone who is obviously impaired or in such a fragile state. At least I would hope not. I’d also like to not, her “sorting out his affairs” is usually code for “trying to figure out how to screw you so I’m stalling”. Which would indicate she either has no will or she wasn’t included in one. She strikes me as the type that would be immediately flashing that in your face if she did.

Also, how will she change the Holy Cow It’s Christmas Lights shirt But I will love this locks right back after you change them? She would need to break in to do that. Any outside door knob/lock can only be removed from the inside. You should also look into probate law defining who owns the property temporarily until probate can dispense the asset. If there is no will located with an attorney, it’s likely the house defaults to the children. Your Aunt shouldn’t be the one sorting this out. It should be you. Take that responsibility from her. She is his sister. YOU have the authority to deal with your father’s estate, not her. Unless he specifically stated she could in writing, you need to cut her and your uncles out of this process. And sorry it was pretty long-winded, I don’t really know what if I said can adds anything. What is it that also , apologies
