Note: because of this semi-rural environment, we have had stoats, squirrels, foxes, hedgehogs, mice, pheasants and even a couple deer. Mine backs onto a small woodland, it’s great not being overlooked by relative strangers (they belong to a different street) like I have been in previous houses. Downside is the Hollywood Studios Merry Christmas Disney Shirts in other words I will buy this trees are fairly old and have reached the stage of just dropping branches they don’t want anymore, and have completely destroyed the wooden fence, close to where the faeries live. No-one ever walks in the woodland (it’s not very big), nothing goes missing from gardens, etc, so I don’t feel the need to replace the fence just yet. My childhood home backed onto a small copse with super tall old growth trees, behind which was a local sports college. It was beautiful. The next house we had backed onto a lovely farmers field, and we had a view of the top of the Severn Bridge from the first floor of the house.

Today I live in a house that has been split into 3 so my house backs onto another house, which also backs on to another house…. I miss the Hollywood Studios Merry Christmas Disney Shirts in other words I will buy this copse days. I’m in 1880s terraced house, so beyond my garden is an ally then more houses. My garden has concrete slabs, then a shed that goes the width of the garden, so no back gate. We don’t have a back garden, our driveway sort of extends round the back of the house where there’s a parking/turning space, our garage, and then a house beyond that which was built on what used to be the gardens of our house (the land had been split up for sale when we bought it – gardens were sold separate from the house with planning permission to build on). In my time I’ve backed into… A graveyard which was quiet and peaceful until Saturday night when teens when to frighten each other (sleepy place, so tame teens). A school, yard filled with balls, loud bells through the day and Saturday morning sports (do not advise). A park, amazing experience back gate opened into the grassy verge by the path.
