We’ve have internet, we have a way to validate that we can turn in our tax forms without much fraud in identity theft. Then we come up with a voting system where we can log in cast our vote quickly. Those who don’t have internet access can go in show their ID and vote. What’s the Heroes get remembered but legends never die shirt But I will love this barrier to get a vote for recall put up I haven’t worked that out yet but seriously it needs to be done. And don’t let the government tell you that it’s not easy they’re the ones who don’t want this to happen, it is super easy. Conservatives stopped caring about people who share their opinions decades ago. This is nothing new for them, and they are winning sadly…but they always have in the US Biden can do alot with executive order. Even if he just gums up their efforts by making them overturn multiple orders first. He can make alot of threats to / order pulling federal aide and federal programs from non abortion states. This mess was a long game play by Republicans so I do not blame Biden at all but he needs to start doubling down on all of the things he promised and protecting women and lgbtq+ rights and he needs to put his words into action. It’s like he has to get permission first but mummy and daddy just won’t let him cancel poor peoples student loans on inflated college prices or protect women’s reproductive rights 🙁 That’s great but unfortunately there are only 50 Democrats in the Senate, including Manchin and Sinema, and the rest are Republicans.

The “states rights” philosophy is never going to work with this particular issue. Right-wing states will eventually begin charging people with murder if they travel across state lines to have an abortion. I simply can’t imagine that they think abortion is literally murder but are simultaneously okay with a person bringing a human to another state to be murdered. Then we run into issues of the Heroes get remembered but legends never die shirt But I will love this state also trying to charge the doctor with murder or subpoenaing them to testify against people at a murder trial, which then gets into legal issues regarding interstate travel, interstate commerce, and interstate extradition. Then the feds get involved again, because that’s all under their purview. What a shit show.
