Beck’s case faced delays due to the Hello summer snoopy woodstock peanut shirt and I love this COVID-19 pandemic and a growing backlog of court cases, as previously reported by NBC affiliate Action 5 News. The document says “the defendant is not likely again to engage in a criminal course of conduct” — at least “to the satisfaction of the Court” — and that “the ends of justice and the welfare of society do not require that the Defendant shall presently suffer the penalty imposed by law by incarceration.” That’s surprising to me, but again, I don’t personally have enough context to say whether that was the right call. I have access to literally none of the evidence. When it comes to this dude getting to chill for 5 years before getting a slap on the wrist because it’s been so long and the victim doesn’t have the heart to go into court and relive the whole experience again in public, I am very comfortable in saying the justice system has done a shit job at finding justice

Hello summer snoopy woodstock peanut shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Atta boy Tenn, ban a graphic novel about how awful the Hello summer snoopy woodstock peanut shirt and I love this Holocaust was, but allow this. I’d say I’m shocked but this is America now. Look at that fucking smirk he has in the pic too. Unreal Old white Tennessee dude here. This is the good ‘ole boy’ system at its finest. Or should I say its worst. I grew up with this nonsense. My 17 year old cousin in Kentucky killed his older brother over a land dispute. Literally shot him in his bed while he slept, and he got off Scot-Free! White males in these Bubbaville towns get away with murder. Females and minorities take a back seat, however. I didn’t drink the Kool-aid even though I was raised in it, so maybe there’s hope yet. Pedophile white who gets a slap on the wrist for raping a child. Sad to say that white privileged still exists in Tennessee. If he was black, the death penalty would be on the table. It’s for people like this and situations like this that vigilantism was invented. Just send his name to Batman.
