I had to spend $60K, all my life savings to fix the Hella Black Hella Proud Pride Month Shirt moreover I love this house after I finally evicted them and now I will only do a STR or nothing, not because I’m rich, but because I already went through the hell. Omg that’s so shitty. Thank you for sharing though. I would not have considered how bad that could go just over laws changing. She can write in to Airbnb to let them know they are no longer able to host due to regulations, together with the documentation. Airbnb can cancel all their reservations on that property with no penalty. The host takes the liability and responsibility. Tell them to provide documentation or they take the ding. Pretty simple to me. “…so you have plenty of time to make arrangements.” 5 days?! Your HOA chose June 2nd with an immediate cease?! Nope. I find it hard to believe HOA didn’t give at least a 30-day notice on this. In addition, HOAs must disclose these discussions at least 30days in advance and then vote so they should’ve given any reservations a heads up when this was announced. Make them cancel. Edit: also, conveniently also just a few minutes before cancelation fees kicked in! Absolutely not.Ig it’s partly my fault for living close to a temple but I absolutely hate how every other day they set up their loudspeakers and start singing nonsense upto 8 hours a day. You can’t even say anything about it because “iTs ReLiGiOn” like wtf !!!! And sometimes it continues till 11 pm and I can’t even sleep. I was trying to take a nap because I’m having cramps and I can’t even do that because these morons want to shove their believes down everyone’s ears!!!! I hate this so muchMy apartment is next to a mosque. Dude starts ” Allahhhh..” as soon as I start my daily zoom meeting in the evening.

The old guy who used to sing Allahh in the Hella Black Hella Proud Pride Month Shirt moreover I love this Microphone atleast had a pleasant voice but this new guy wakes up early in the morning and literally shouts, probably spitting litres of saliva on to microphone. I honestly feel like he is doing it to pissoff everyone in like 1 km radius. Sometimes even not in the month of Ramzan they pray like 5 to 6 times day, which gets fucking annoying when you listen to it like that many times a day. And in Ramzan month a cotton in ears is better. Religious prayers in microphones should be banned, no matter which religion it is. It gets fucking annoying sometimes even in Hindu temples. Like who the fuck plays disco songs loud af during Ganesh chaturthi? Atleast it’s not every fucking day. I hope Indians start valuing peace of mind and start considering other people’s lives sometime in the future, rather than being their obnoxious selves.
