I spoke with a spirit once during a deep meditation who said that he was supposed to be my brother in this life but decided not to be born. I called my mum right after and she confirmed that she did have a miscarriage when I was a kid. She had never told me or brought it up with any of my siblings before. I had goosebumps and was crying for a while afterwards and ‘he’ sent a lot of love and comfort to me. I have also had premonitions of the Happy Hallothanksmas Snoopy Autumn Pumpkin shirt What’s more,I will buy this future before that have come true. Might not be what you were looking for but I thought I’d share Meditation is an amazing practice and can certainly change your life in unexpected ways 🙂 Life is truly magical Sometimes people’s imaginations get so active it becomes overactive causing them to tell people they remember being in the womb from a meditation Nothing. Don’t do meditation for the outcomes, do it for the doing it. This kind of thinking is called striving and will only work against a healthy meditation practice. Also I call BS.

To be honest, I do not see why people would bother doing anything if they do not get anything out of it. This also applies to meditation. You get some (mental) health benefits or you really enjoy doing this practice. Either way, you get something out of the Happy Hallothanksmas Snoopy Autumn Pumpkin shirt What’s more,I will buy this practice. Of course! I never said that one doesn’t get anything out of it. But if you’re doing it for the benefits rather than for the exploration you’re going to limit yourself. Quite common actually. I think the problem stems from not understanding that meditation is much like other endeavors in its ‘mechanics’. By this, I mean that when you do the practice, you should indeed just do the practice as prescribed without worrying about any outcome as this ruins the practice. However, this is not different from other skills you learn in life.
