And even if someone doesn’t have a trauma reason, it’s their choice. Some people just think it’s uncomfortable. But it is SO hard for yall to respect boundaries. I love you! I’m of the Hannah Montana 90s Miley Cyrus shirt and I will buy this opinion I was basically bribed into receiving this prayer, that this man knew I was working for tips and took advantage of that. It was uncomfortable and I’m being met with threats of eternal damnation for expressing that. The people defending him are refusing to acknowledge that people are allowed to have boundaries. He got some weird sense of pleasure praying over you- so much so that he basically bribed you. It probably just made him feel better about himself somehow, but that doesn’t take the creep factor out. It shows total lack of boundaries. The fuck is this shit? Unless you’ve got a boss or company policy regarding tips, get that phrase out of your dictionary. At my current job I have to say it, including having a pin displayed that says as such (part of the uniform) but it’s generally accepted that if they insist, just take it.

But on the Hannah Montana 90s Miley Cyrus shirt and I will buy this topic of the prayer, I was once offered to be prayed for, long after I become agnostic, and I just said, “Meh, if you want to.” Girl busted out a serious prayer that really made me uncomfortable. On top of proving that the prayer didn’t work (she wanted to pray my stutter away. Nope, still got it, five years later lol) she still assured me that I’d find God one day. I just wasn’t expecting $50. I thought maybe it was $5 or a wad of 1’s. Just my knee-jerk reaction to the amount. He’s in his own hotel room.. an undershirt and shorts is not inappropriate attire. He asked you consent, and he not only tipped you well but prayed/ (wished you well). Not inappropriate for the place, but totally uncomfortable for the action. I can decide for myself what I’m uncomfortable with. Thank you.
