People often burn the Hammerfall Swedish power metal band T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this American flag in protests should they also be charged with felony? Just curious about how your laws work Probably because people who do know the difference ask very similar questions to try and get people who do not know the difference to be outraged at this kid getting a felony. It’s kind of like what the person in the picture is doing. The reason why it’s a felony is that the intention is to disrespect people. It’s like if someone started vandalizing Crosses and shiz. It’s like the gay equivalent of Quran burning. Florida law has different classifications for vandalism; If the damage amounts to $200 or less, the crime is charged as a second-degree misdemeanor. If the damage is greater than $200, but less than $1000, it is a first-degree misdemeanor. If the damage is over $1,000, it is a third-degree felony.

Hammerfall Swedish power metal band T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

It has nothing whatsoever to do with the Hammerfall Swedish power metal band T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this disrespect, or intent. It solely has to do with the value of the property he damaged. He’d get hit with the same charge no matter what the mural was because it was an expensive mural not because it was a pride flag. Burning the Quran, defacing the pride flag, spray painting swastikas on the wall…these are all constitutionally protected free speech activities until it’s someone else’s Quran, flag, or wall you’re doing it to. The reason it’s a felony ostensibly is because it’s an act of vandalism exceeding a set dollar figure, some crimes like vandalism or theft only becomes felonies when the cost associated surpasses some statute number like 1000$. Disrespect has nothing to do with it.
