Depending on the Halloween Town Where Being Normal Is Vastly Overrated shirt moreover I will buy this position your looks do matter, especially if you are the first person someone sees when they walk in. Even though every corporation on the planet will tell you they shouldn’t – in the name of equity (inclusion and diversity). The same is true for people who are hired because they belong to a certain ethnic group or have certain sexual or other preferences that boost diversity. Corporations and hiring managers will never admit they hire on this basis – but they do.
