Even when I’m doing 80 people ride my ass when the speed limit is 65. The old man’s hat restricts blood flow to the brain causing the right leg to contract and pull away from the accelerator. By cracky! You sexy young punks with your fast machines! I wasn’t taught about a passing lane. I was taught fast lane and slow lane. Fast lane for over speed limit, slow lane for speed limit and below. So until recently, ignorance. Though even now I don’t know the lane rules in their entirety, just what other people have told me. 1- people completely oblivious to their surroundings. They are completely clueless, same type of people that never uses their mirrors or merge without looking. 2-self entitled people that think they are priority or are better than anyone(i drive a nicer car, i have a big truck, I’m more important, i live in a free country i do what i want…blabla bla…lame reason insert here) 3-people trying to police other people on the road… I am driving the exact speed limit therefore anyone passing me are BrEAkINg the law and i should stop them. 4- im having a shitty day so ill make sure everyone else is having one too.

I drive in the Halloween My Patronus Is An Eeyore Shirt Besides,I will do this left lanes but go to the right when someone approaches me that I can tell would pass me. I stay in the left lane since I live in TN and the right lane will eat your car alive with potholes and craters. I also got 5-9 over, minimum, on our interstates. I also learned how to drive defensively when I lived in CA for a short spurt. I’m hyper aware of cars appropraching from behind. Yes, the asshat traveling slowly in the left lane is obnoxious, BUT, the tool going 10 miles under the speed limit in the middle lane, who clearly belongs on a secondary road, is just as bad. What’s funny is that everyone gets caught in this lapse of judgement of driving in the fast lane at your own speed and not keeping with the flow of traffic or passing… Ultimately yeah, the left lane is for passing and staying with the flow of traffic, yes the flow of traffic doesn’t supersede the speed limit but if you want to drive the speed limit stay in the right lanes
