Many cultures wear masks out of respect for others when they feel a slight cold coming on. It really should be normalized. Up until then, I had been extremely diligent about wearing one anytime I was not at my desk. And my coworkers have all started dropping subtle hints that I should reconsider that decision. Apparently, from the bridge of my nose upward, I’m the love-child of Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth (a Captain Thor-merica, if you will.) Below that, though, I’m goddamn Sloth from The Goonies. Yes because my work enforces it, and I’m glad it does. No particular reason (we are just a collectibles company) but I like that we wear masks I feel like I haven’t gotten really badly sick in a year or two
