Wait until you have to feed a child and they finish their food, not eating the Grinch Middle Finger Fuck Them Kids And They Momma Merry Christmas shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this disgusting (healthy) parts and them later complaining about they are hungry. This is how people end up with eating disorders. I let my daughter eat as much or as little as she wants. If she just picks at her dinner and is hungry an hour later I make her something quick like a PBJ or Mac and cheese. It’s not spoiling her, it’s teaching her to listen to her body. Thankfully I never had to deal with that, being force fed or belittled and yelled at. My dad whipped me, but looking back on the shit I did, I’m surprised he didn’t smother me in my sleep. He was the best dad I think I could have had. I’m still so incredibly picky as an adult that there is no way in heck I would force my kids to eat anything. I was really lucky that my mom was that way, too. We’re all fine and at normal weights.

Grinch Middle Finger Fuck Them Kids And They Momma Merry Christmas shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I’m still so incredibly picky as an adult that there is no way in heck I would force my kids to eat anything. I was really lucky that my mom was that way, too. We’re all fine and at normal weights. I was someone not allowed to leave the Grinch Middle Finger Fuck Them Kids And They Momma Merry Christmas shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this table unless I ate every scrap of food on my plate. I am not saying they were right, but these were my parents’ reasons: My parents were not perfect, but I do try and see things from their perspective now that I’m an adult. My experiences don’t seem as severe as what you went through, but I don’t think there was any lasting harm. To this day, food waste makes me anxious (as it should, food waste is horrible), and I do impulsively try and finish everything on my plate, but I will also not take more than I am capable of eating. I was encouraged to eat everything, but I wasn’t forced. Sometimes I really just didn’t like the food. My son is 6, and I always make sure to ask him if he’s big meal hungry or snack plate hungry. I don’t set him up to fail. If he’s big meal hungry he gets a full plate, always with one vegetable, and I usually offer him a choice out of three vegetables to allow him some autonomy. We very rarely have plates with food left on. If he’s snack plate hungry, he gets a mix of items, usually things such as a slice of meat, crackers, some soft cheese and some fruit and/or yoghurt. Snack plates vary tho depending on what I’ve bought that week but you get the idea. Again, he eats it all. It’s about letting your kids recognise their hunger levels I think. Whereas my parents and I know many many others probably just thought right it’s the end of the day kids have to eat a big meal.
