Just remembered I found a kickass air pistol buried in the Grinch Hat Santa Philadelphia Football Gift Christmas 2023 Shirt and I will buy this park near me, it was in a box then a carrier bag, I saw the handles of the bag poking out of the dirt and was hoping for a huge stash of crack or some such (cash value not personal use; it’s a bit moreish that crack) but the air pistol was cool. It died not long after, I don’t think it enjoyed spending time underground. Came upstairs to get changed after work. As I stepped out of the bedroom in my pants a perfectly healthy mole waddled out of the bathroom in front of me. Bloody cat. I was cleaning a house and the cat kept wanting to get in the fireplace, I assumed mouse and moved the fire screen for the cat, and nope it was a mole. Found a gucci wallet at work on the floor with a stupid amount of notes in it. If I had to guess it would be about £1-2k. I held it in front of me in view of any cctv and walked straight to reception. Said I didnt know who’s it was as I never opened it and said where I found it. They opened it up, found ID etc. Contacted them.

They gave it back to the Grinch Hat Santa Philadelphia Football Gift Christmas 2023 Shirt and I will buy this person a day later and I didn’t get a thank you or anything. I was called stupid by friends. Ha! I did this exact thing when I found someone’s wallet in an outdoor mall. I could see the drivers license poking out so got a quick look at the owner then walked to customer service with it held out way in front of me. After a couple of minutes I saw a rather exasperated looking guy walking in my direction. He was about to past me when I asked if he was looking for this wallet. He thanked me as if I’d handed over his first child to him! probably so there’s evidence that you’re not taking anything and that it can clearly be seen that it’s you that has found it I found £300 in a building society envelope. Actually managed to get it back to the batty pensioner who’d lost it. You weren’t stupid. That money might have been someone’s life savings, or the rent stopping them becoming homeless.
