This was meant to be a first copy of ‘Black Friday’ or ‘Thanksgivings sales’. But coming here they realised there are way too many festivals – initially I guess they were trigger happy, while burning cash, literally and later, I think it’s seems like a problem of plenty. I faced this issue in Sep with the Grinch Hat Santa and Dog Rugby Helmet Iowa Hawkeyes Logo Merry Christmas Shirt and I will buy this same item in 2 different orders. Finally, I had to order from Flipkart where I received a old product only. +1. IMO the overall experience itself has become bad, from displaying bad products on top and not delivering on time in spite of prime membership. That’s what pisses me off even after getting membership the service is shit. That has happened too, also like you mentioned the return process has become bad now, I mean they should atleast mention in huge block letter that no refund or returns for this item in description

Yes, both the Grinch Hat Santa and Dog Rugby Helmet Iowa Hawkeyes Logo Merry Christmas Shirt and I will buy this delivery and return cases happened with me. They never called, and rescheduled return pickup saying customer not available. Then another day they marked an order delivered without actually delivering it. Writing this while on hold with Amazon CS for the sixth time in 2 weeks for refund on an item picked up a month ago. Overall Amazon India has gone to shit. It’s only seemingly convenient- a trap I’ve fallen for more than I’d like in the last few months. From missing items, which were low value so literally I wrote it off because dealing with them is exhausting to missing refunds – they’ve hit an ethical low Bezos will be proud of.User avatar Needing to be involved in drama.
