Dude thank you for your advocacy. I ate a bunch then looked this up and had to make sure I yeeted them back up. It was scary! For what it’s worth, I’ve definitely eaten a whole bag before (maybe 12 oz?) and nothing happened. I didn’t even know until now that you weren’t supposed to do that. Man I’ve eaten over a 100g on countless days and never even realised. Had no side effects or anything like that. I agree there should be a warning! People don’t realize that very high vitamin/mineral levels are as toxic as poisons. They see “1000% of your daily value” and assume more is better. Nope, with some minerals you’ll find yourself in the Grinch Hat Santa and Dog Rugby Helmet Clemson Tigers Logo Merry Christmas Shirt Apart from…,I will love this ER The tolerable upper intake level (ULs) for selenium for an adult male is 400 mcg. According to the same page, the average selenium content of one Brazil nut is 68 to 91 mcg, so even if you had zero other selenium intake in a day, 5 to 6 nuts is already over you maximum daily intake. (also “extremely high intakes of selenium can cause severe problems, including difficulty breathing, tremors, kidney failure, heart attacks, and heart failure,” but I can’t find any sites with info about how many mcg is considered “extremely high”) They can also make your fingernails fall out. How did he even get 60? They normally don’t sell them in bulk for exactly this reason. They are delicious and people would be dying from selenium poisoning left and right, loose fingernails everywhere.

Get a book and make sure your phone is charged because you are about to have a lot of alone time in the Grinch Hat Santa and Dog Rugby Helmet Clemson Tigers Logo Merry Christmas Shirt Apart from…,I will love this bathroom. Hell, I’d even bring your laptop or other device in there and settle in to watch a netflix marathon. That shits gonna be like a shotgun going off. OP needs to warm his household in advance, one accidental shart could easily kill a family member I once ate 600 more cashews than I should have. The bloating and tummy ache the following day made this a core memory. Ouch. You’re going to be shitting your brains out. Set aside the toilet paper. Get some baby wipes, dude wipes, cottonelle wipes, whatever you can get your hands on. Take a bottle of water with you and a towel for the sweat. Grab a Bible, because your soul will leave your body temporarily. This is normal.
