Lots of moving parts that come in direct contact with the product could cause contamination. It’s no surprise that the most popular product from the nation’s largest manufacturer is most prone to having this happen. Huh, they should be using metal detectors on product. To be fair they use mostly underaged undocumented workers, so the workers might not know there is not supposed to be metal in with the meat. I once microwaved Tyson frozen chicken and almost blew up a dorm room because I was microwaving metal. You know the crazy blue light that happens? Saw that, assumed the plate I was using had metal I didn’t know about. I’m pretty sure it was the chicken though
