Funny answer: Walk up to one of the Grinch Christmas T shirt in addition I really love this self checkouts and tell them “why we have tons of cashiers! these little guys. They don’t take breaks, they don’t cost much to keep on the salesfloor, and they’ll listen to all your cares and concerns!” “We’re always hiring, and as you’ve stated, we are very short on cashiers. Be the change you want to see in the world.” They do at my store. The bullpen at the other side of the store only gets help if they make it sound like an emergency, and usually gets breaks and clock outs 30-45 mins late Let’s be honest even if these people were putting in 2 week notices Walmart doesn’t replace them in that time I believe in honesty so I tell them the truth that management cuts corners every way they can. They have us working 5 different employees jobs for no extra pay instead of hiring replacements whenever someone quits or gets fired for usually a small, petty, or bullshit reason. That they would rather get free work out of you the customer by having you do the job yourself. Usually customers sympathize that we are being mistreated as are they and they end up on the same page hating corporate like the rest of us. Sometimes they get vocal about their disgust and I let em know we are right there with them on it but if we say anything we’ll be let go without a replacement and the customer will be left to deal with it alone even more.

Happy to help has been replaced with hit 5 stars so the Grinch Christmas T shirt in addition I really love this piece of crap sitting in their office all day can get a bonus. It’s difficult to sit in your office all day while coaches and team leads take tums sucking your asshole clean every five minutes “You want to complain about lack of cashiers? Here’s my advice and officially we never had this conversation. First go up to customer service and demand to speak to the manager on duty or store manager if they’re in store. Then unleash all of your wrath and anger onto him. If that doesn’t work for you there are multiple 1-800 numbers for walmart where you can complain. My advice, start with complaints then go to ethics if you’re really mad. And just an fyi, this is store number XXXX. Hope you have a better day than your experiences here.” May or may not have actually had a similar conversation with a few customers before. Lol Tell them what you just said you’re not a manager, if they have a problem tell them to call corporate, it’s not your problem.
