I was working at a Walmart gas station, had a old man come in wanted me to put down a prepay on a pump. He goes out pumps his gas, comes back in. Puts cash down and say’s he wants to pay for the Grateful Thankful Blessed Shirt it is in the first place but gas he just paid for, because he didn’t want to use the card he used to pay for the gas. Me confused to high hell, because it sounded like he wanted a refund for the gas, then pay with the cash, or something like that with his choice of words. I tell him i can’t do that, and i don’t understand what he wants done. He gets angry with me calls me stupid, you don’t know how to do your job, why are you here, i know how to do your job more then you. Thankfully i wasn’t there alone. Had my department manager there because at that point i was seeing red, asked if he could help him out. Apparently he wanted to reload his card with the cash.

Service writer told some gentleman the Grateful Thankful Blessed Shirt it is in the first place but other day he didn’t know what techs were in the back and it might be a wait for his car to get pulled in so the customer came around the back of the shop and found a tech started calling us all racist and said we would probably mess up his car anyways. Actually it happened today, a customer was on her phone during the while check out but I was the rude one for trying to talk to her, she even told the person she was talking to that I was being rude couldn’t I see that she was on the phone, then had the nerve to tell me she was going to report me I’ve had customers complain about the shopping carts being all wet from the rain when I just retrieved them from the parking lot. One time management wanted us to wipe down every single cart for them with paper towels. I definitely didn’t do that, because literally why? It’s fucking rain water like god forbid you touch it, not like I’m being soaked or anything to make sure the customer has their cart to shop I was on light duty and they had me answering the phone. This happened the day before Thanksgiving, the last year we were opened on Thanksgiving. The lady started with “I forgot to buy (insert something needed for thanksgiving) will you be opened tomorrow?” I stated Yes. She went in “wtf is wrong with walmart that they are opened on Thanksgiving. You should be home with your family” and more nonsense. I calmly said “if we were closed you could not get (what ever the item was). Then hung up.
