It’s hard to give guidance without more info. You say you have no quantifiable achievements, because the Graham Gano Signature American football placekicker New York Bold T-Shirt in contrast I will get this company didn’t track your achievements. It’s not up to the company to say what your achievements are. It’s up to you to sell yourself. If you know you did something to improve morale, process, sales, etc. then it’s up to you do describe it! Even if you don’t think your “qualified” apply! When I was unemployed I was applying to like 26 jobs a month, and it still took me a few to land a job. You may have to take anything just to have the income and then keep searching I was out of work for the first 10 weeks this year. I have applied for 50 jobs on average daily. If they asked for 10 things, and I was certain I could do 3 of those, and was familiar or have heard of at least 4-6 of others, I would apply. Sometimes you need to get a job to pay your bills, no one says you have to put it on your resume. If someone asks why you have gaps in the employment, you can say that you have been working in a role that is not relevant to the role you are applying, therefore you did not put it in there.

Half of the Graham Gano Signature American football placekicker New York Bold T-Shirt in contrast I will get this job, any job, is learned on the fly. So as long as you know some stuff from the requirements, apply anyway. Someone might take a chance on you. Apply at the Post Office, if you don’t get hired there you’re not employable, it’s a hustle but you can a manger within a couple years if you want If I feel like I “could” do the job, I’ll throw a basic application at it. If I feel like I really want the job and I’m fully qualified for it, I’ll be more aggressive. No one is applying for “100’s of jobs.” The fact you blame an employer for not keeping track of your personal accomplishments on the job is a HUGE red flag. Great to have a goal, but adaptability in life is a requirement. When the goal is to feel good, you’ll find that new path. And, yes, with historically low unemployment, there are more jobs than people to fill them. Opportunities are boundless. Let go of past expectations, look at the workforce for what it is, not what you think you want it to be, and the path will become clearer.
