If I were laid off/let go, my search window would be HUGE. I would be applying to many roles a week and pretty much anything in ballpark pay range where I meet half of the Graham Gano American football placekicker New York G Retro T-Shirt also I will do this requirements. You just have to take this approach! You really can’t be choos-y, unfortunately it’s not the time to take a year or two to find the perfect next steps. My first suggestion is to stop disqualifying yourself from job listing. Let the employer do that. The requirements they list are more of a wishlist, even employer don’t expect to find someone that perfectly matches everything. They will take the best candidate from the applicants they get, how much of the requirements you need to meet to get the job really depends on how qualified the competition is. It’s like, “You don’t have to outrun a bear to survive. You just have to outrun the other people also running from the bear.” With that said, you can choose to become the best candidate they will see. You can do this either by improving your skills or being the only candidate. If you have the time to learn, go for it. Otherwise, apply to jobs that aren’t getting many other applicants. Some sites like LinkedIn will actually tell you how many applications they have so far. Other than that, you can also find a listing with a few candidates by keeping an out for annoying application processes. If it has a “one click apply” a lot of people will press it, if you have time fill out stuff and manually enter your experience even after uploading your resume, make a point to apply to these because not many other people will. Also, look at least one step above entry-level positions. These are flooded with applications. If you go for ones with a higher experience demand your odds are better.

All in all, it’s not just about applying and hoping you get the Graham Gano American football placekicker New York G Retro T-Shirt also I will do this job. Pick your battles wisely and try to find employers that aren’t good at making the application process easy. Those scare away most of your competition. Hi friend, sadly this is reality now. Finding a job is no longer a one month process for most of us, the way companies are downsizing seems to only be growing. Funny how they still set record profits though! LOL all I would recommend is to take a break from it. Take a week off from applying just to reset mentally, I myself was looking for a job for 4 months until recently. Stay true to your process or discover it and you will then know your next steps. apply to more. hiring managers or hr copy and past. i saw an application wanting 10 years SQL experience. pretty sure it hasn’t been around that long. just apply to them all never know what you might find and it’s annoying but tailor you resume as well. SQL has been around since the 70/80’s. But yes, apply to job even if you’re not a 100% match and tailor your resume
