Write a short dnd story in your head. Hell, just outlines like bullet points. Is every character in that the Golf Witch On A Dark Desert Fairway Cool Wind In My Hair Moon Halloween Shirt Also,I will get this same gender as you that looks like you? That would be super weird. If you wrote a book, would every character be your gender and look like you and talk like you? So why should the story of a video game look like you and be the same gender as you? We make male characters because men are part of the world. We make female characters because women are part of the world. This probably won’t get answered because there’s so many responses to this question, but what games are you talking about? I can understand it for a fantasy game, but I play a lot of sports video games, and I too find it odd that so many men play as women. I prefer to hear the female variant of all the heavy breathing and grunting noises the character makes during combat instead of male heavy breathing and grunting Because if I’m going to be staring at the backside of it all day, I might as well have something nice to look at. Edit: also I find it hilarious in some games to be playing the most petite female model and doing shit you would only expect the super hulk chad model to only be able to physically do.
