Yep, you described me. I think point number 1 is incredibly undervalued, though. However, even if I have a rough day at work, I’m looking forward to gym to work off the Goku Swoosh Nike Dragon Balls Anime Shirt in addition I really love this stressors. The DOOM mentality) Im employed full time and a full time student and If I take a “break,” Ill lose my momentum and slow down, and it will be impossible for me to be productive again until the next day. Dont try it all at once. The brain doesn’t like deviating from patterns. So pick one of those, and find an excuse, or fill the void with something else. Once you’re done the work. Find a reason to go for the walk. See if you need something from a store and walk to it. You gave to trick yourself into deviating from established patterns. Monks hole themselves up on a mountain somewhere to purify their bodies and keep temptations far away. They don’t keep any sugar or coffee in stock to give you; if you’re their guest, you get rice with vegetables, just like they do. My wife wanted to start walking at night. So I just asked her if she wanted to walk with me and we do it the Goku Swoosh Nike Dragon Balls Anime Shirt in addition I really love this vast majority of days now. I knew she would do it with me because she is super huge into couple time. I’m not in a relationship, but I have specific podcasts that I ONLY listen to when I’m out walking. Now walking and listening to my true crime podcasts is my most cherished mental health time. But every single time I start, I never stop after 10 minutes. Usually always end up doing 20-30 because once I get going it’s not so bad.
