Smaller brands cannot charge 600 for the same pizza (after marking up 25%) because of two reasons: Our only option is to stay competitively priced and pay the 25% while competing with bigger businesses who pay only 5-8%.

Larger point is if you’re dependent on platforms for your business then play by their rules, else stand on your own merit and watch the platforms come to you with lucrative deals. Regulate them how? It is an open market economy and the government should not interfere unless there is some fraud, e.g. collusion. Also, what exactly is unethical about what they do?
