I wish I could order from the restaurants directly, and would be willing to pay a delivery fee as well, but they won’t deliver. Yeah it is the customer mindset that need to change in general. They negotiate with small businesses but don’t mind paying full bill to big businesses. Basically, we customers create monopolies because we think about taking advantage of where we can instead of resisting being taken advantage of by big businesses.
