If the restaurant is not happy with the money they are making on a platform, they can happily stop accepting orders. Who is forcing them to do so? The loss of revenue is forcing them. Also to your point on the customer choosing not to order on online platforms: you contradict yourself here. You mention that competition is forcing restaurants to continue taking orders online, but you also mention that the customer should not order. Does that make any sense? If I don’t order from you, I will order from your competitor. This sale is lost. Where did the restaurant make any money here?
